Every situation is assessed methodically, confidentially and without judgement. Based in Morbihan, XSIUM offers remote consultations and advice throughout France. Our services are clearly distinguished: advice for extreme cleaning professionals, training to start or structure a business, and B2B support for social workers and institutions.

Naïs Lorain
As a consultant in housing, unsanitary conditions and self-neglect risks, I work where human and technical situations can no longer be separated.
Since 2021, I have supported individuals, families, court-appointed representatives, housing providers and social workers in Morbihan facing severely deteriorated homes and difficult life circumstances. Field experience has taught me that cleaning, even when perfectly done, is not always enough: we need to understand, coordinate, make safe and prepare for what comes next.
I created XSIUM to bring these dimensions into a single approach. Fieldwork remains essential, now supported by assessment, professional advice, home support, training and a network of partners sharing the same ethical standards. I also advise professionals on strategy and business development to help them structure their activity or make better-informed decisions. My approach is simple: work methodically, speak honestly and never lose sight of the person behind the home.
