Turning an unclear situation into an action plan

01 · OBSERVE

Assess without downplaying

Condition of the home, volumes, access, risks, animals and the person's ability to engage.

02 · PRIORITISE

Identify what is urgent

Distinguish immediate safety needs from sanitation and personal support.

03 · COORDINATE

Bring everyone together

Give everyone a clear framework: family, court-appointed representative, housing provider, social worker and intervention teams.

Informing a decision

A family, housing provider or court-appointed representative may need to understand a situation before deciding on work or support. An assessment establishes the facts, identifies difficulties accessing and using the home, and ranks priorities.

A report to help move forward

The service combines an assessment with a professional report: observations, identified risks, priorities and recommendations. It gives everyone involved a shared basis for discussion and distinguishes cleaning, restoration and support needs.

A scope agreed together

At the outset, we clarify the request, available documents and people to involve. Extended coordination or complex case follow-up requires a separate quotation. This service is separate from the free visit to price cleaning work; it does not replace statutory building inspections.
